The trial-request and price-interest forms collect what you enter: your email address, role, state, the plan you pick and whether you'd prefer a one-off CSV, plus the page you submitted from. We use them only to gauge interest in the new-plan alert and to email you if it launches. We don't sell or share them. To be removed, email [email protected]. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

The counts on this site come from public DOL Form 5500 data. We show counts only: no sponsor names, cities, plan details, street addresses, phone numbers or names of people who signed filings. To ask about a plan or a sponsor name, email [email protected].

The site sets no cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate statistics (such as page views and country); it does not track you across sites.
